We are recognized as one of the Gulf’s leading entry-to-market providers, while consistently ranking as a tier 1 private client and structuring firm. Whatever the complexity of the situation faced by our clients, we aim to provide them with simple, practical yet innovative solutions. Headquartered in the UAE, we are an entrepreneurial firm for entrepreneurial clients.

Business Setup & Restructuring

We advise SMEs, family businesses and large enterprises through most key industries at all stages of their corporate development – whether setting up a presence in the UAE, migrating to the jurisdiction, restructuring their domestic or regional operations or taking their local business to a global level.

Through our multi-services platform we can lead and support a (re-)structuring process from A to Z – advise on the ideal structure, lead the incorporation/registration, handle recruitment/employment of staff, provide ongoing corporate secretarial and administrative support, as well as legal advice.

Local knowledge is key to successfully operate and do business in the UAE. We have close ties with most relevant domestic authorities and a second-to-none practical know-how and understanding of the subtleties of each jurisdiction – which can vary tremendously. We have a particularly strong track record in (re-)structuring operations in the following fields : retail, trading, F&B, F&B supply, e-commerce, digital, finance (ADGM, DIFC, ESCA), real estate, tourism, healthcare, education etc

We routinely facilitate individual and/or corporate sponsorship for companies registered in the UAE mainland – where foreign ownership restrictions apply – through a trusted pool of third party providers. We assist foreign investors in implementing best practice documentation and control mechanisms to mitigate the risks related to a mandatory local shareholder.
